AFD CAMP CHAOS
Join AFD for another Camp Chaos this October! This event will be indoors.
🎃 AFD Trunk-or-Treat
In partnership with Walmart, we're hosting a safe and fun Trunk-or-Treat! Join us for decorated trunks, food trucks, vendors, and games for kids. Trunk-or-Treat begins at 4:30 PM.

A fun indoor family event where kids and parents create memories through games, activities, and movement. Hosted with the wonderful administration at Imagine Schools Coolidge Elementary.

Waiver Downloads
For the safety of all participants, we require a signed waiver for each event. Download these essential documents below, sign the waiver, and bring it to the event.
Program Waiver and Release of Liability
Required waiver for participation in all Active Family Development Foundation programs and activities.
Code of Conduct
Expected behavior guidelines for all participants, volunteers, and staff at our events.
Important Notes
- • A signed waiver is required for each participant before joining any activity
- • All participants must review and agree to follow our Code of Conduct
- • Parents/guardians must sign for participants under 18 years of age
- • Waivers are valid for one calendar year from date of signature
